How it works
At Clear Minds, our referral process is simple. We provide personalised support designed around the needs of your patients.

Patient booking
Our Care Navigator sends your patient a simple intake form, discusses fees, matches them with the most appropriate psychiatrist and arranges a telehealth appointment.

Feedback to you
A detailed report is provided back to the referring GP. Prescribing may continue with the GP or be initiated by our clinicians to support treatment.
ADHD pathways
Referrals are processed within 48 hours, ensuring your patient is supported. Once their intake form is returned, they are scheduled for an ADHD workup and then booked with a clinician, typically within one week. Following the consultation, a detailed report is sent back to the referring GP.
